The requirements were to maintain and develop the operation of the server platform containing business systems, business applications, clients and user support. The assignment also included delivery, configuration and installation of hardware and software.
The solution includes that Bluerange is the IT department. We have staff on site for regular maintenance and development of their IT environment. Through regular visits, the staff also get the support they need in their use of the systems.

For a long time, Nordpoolen had manually handled all bookings and therefore needed a system that could help to calculate the various travel options, both long and shortstay. There was also a need to streamline the order handling and managing all bookings.
The website is the most important source of income for Nordpoolen and it requires high security and a proactive work. All data sent to and from the site is encrypted, customers’ personal data is safe!
The site is kept up to date and secure through a management agreement, where Bluerange uses dedicated time monthly to improve and develop the site. Nordpoolen can instead focus on its core business and do what they are best at.
