Troubleshooting / action starts within 60 minutes after request or established error during office hours. Work for troubleshooting and measures is charged according to current terms of service.

Troubleshooting / action is started upon request or ascertained errors within 30 minutes during office hours and within 60 minutes all other time, around the clock, all year round. Work for troubleshooting and measures is charged according to current terms of service.
