A web hotel is a service that offers storage space for websites on the internet. So we have a number of servers and we rent the space for your website. In the most common web hosting packages, you are offered a shared location, which means that you share the web server with other customers. If you have a business-critical solution, for example, we recommend that you use your own VPS.

YOU OWN THE DOMAIN NAME YOURSELF
All domain names registered through Bluerange are registered in each customer’s name. As a customer of Bluerange, you have full control over your domain name (s) and the opportunity to change all information regarding the domain name
RENEWAL OF DOMAIN NAMES
AUTO RENEWAL
The domain is automatically renewed at specified intervals, currently 1 year.
The customer must actively announce that the domain must be terminated no later than 90 days before the next period begins.
TIME LIMITED
The domain is registered for a limited period of 1, 2 or 5 years, after which it runs.
The CUSTOMER must actively, no later than 90 days before the period expires, request an extension in order for the domain to be renewed.
DOMAIN MANAGEMENT
6.1. THE SUPPLIER is not responsible for the CUSTOMER’s domain name applied for being approved or for any costs that may be incurred if the domain name application is rejected.
6.2. If delegation of domain names from another operator takes longer than the agreed delivery time and the delay is due to someone other than the SUPPLIER, the CUSTOMER is not entitled to compensation.
6.3. In the case of AUTO RENEWAL, the SUPPLIER undertakes to automatically extend the domain name registration with a new period corresponding to the expiring period. If the CUSTOMER has not terminated the domain in writing in accordance with the applicable terms, the CUSTOMER is obliged to pay for the renewal.
6.4 For domains that are registered WITHOUT AUTO RENEWAL, under normal circumstances the SUPPLIER monitors the due date for the CUSTOMER’s domain name and notifies the CUSTOMER of the renewal reminder, currently in the form of an e-mail. However, the SUPPLIER does not guarantee that this information reaches the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER is responsible for ensuring that the invoice or other information reaches the CUSTOMER so that payment can be made before the domain name’s due date.
